TEAF at Trustiatis and Workynet: the group's own governance applies to itself
TEAF, the enterprise architecture framework published by IND UM Conseil et Technologies, is entering internal governance use at Trustiatis and Workynet. A recent rollout, held to the same rigor the framework asks of its clients.
Since September 4, 2026, UGM-Group has been applying to its own subsidiaries the framework it helped bring into being: TEAF (Temporal Enterprise Architecture Framework), published by IND UM Conseil et Technologies. The idea is simple to state and demanding to hold to: govern Trustiatis and Workynet with the same discipline the framework recommends to its outside clients.
In practice, this rollout stays a governance and documentation layer — a dedicated folder per subsidiary, the Intent → Learning loop and the five TEAF roles applied to the existing structure, with no duplication of the technical infrastructure, which stays shared under Trustiatis. Nothing has been rewritten in how the two companies operate: what changes is how their architecture decisions are now tracked and tied back to the intent that justifies them.
TEAF requires its users to qualify every finding with a four-level taxonomy: Declared, Observed, Inferred, Validated. We hold ourselves to it without leniency. At this stage, nothing in this internal rollout is marked Validated — most findings sit at Inferred, still to be confirmed by sustained use over time. That isn't a communications hedge: it's the same rule an outside client is entitled to demand, applied at home first.
That choice serves a purpose beyond the group's own internal governance: a framework whose publisher wouldn't apply it to its own structure would have little standing to recommend it elsewhere. Since UGM-Group is itself a young multi-entity structure, TEAF finds here a direct field of use rather than a theoretical exercise.
The framework's detail — the eight-component loop, the five roles, TEAF Light's 1-1-1 principle — is available on temporal-architecture.com, the site published by IND UM Conseil et Technologies.
