Trustiatis LLC (managed IT services: hosting, infrastructure, cybersecurity) and Workynet LLC (matching companies with outsourced collaborators). Each is a distinct legal entity, with its own terms and its own site.
What is IoTiatis?
IoTiatis is a brand carried by Trustiatis LLC for its IoT solutions — it is not a separate UGM-Group subsidiary or a company in which the group holds a distinct equity stake.
Where is UGM-Group registered?
UGM-Group LLC is a Limited Liability Company formed under the laws of New Mexico (United States), member-managed (NMSA 1978 Ch. 53 Art. 19).
Does UGM-Group publish public financial information?
No. UGM-Group is a private company and does not publish its accounts publicly. Its beneficial owners are disclosed to FinCEN under the Corporate Transparency Act, as US federal law requires for this type of company.
What is the difference between UGM-Group and its subsidiaries?
UGM-Group holds equity in Trustiatis and Workynet and oversees their governance, without itself running their operating activity. Trustiatis and Workynet each keep their own activity, their own clients and their own contractual terms.
